Colin Boothe of Harrisonburg, La., leads the Buckmasters Top Bow Indoor World Championship after the third round of shooting concluded Friday night.
A veteran of the Buckmasters event, Boothe said he attributes his good shooting to not thinking too much.
You just have to react, he said. You cant out-think this course.
Its been an emotional tournament for Boothe thus far. His mother is in very poor health but told her son to go and beat up on everybody at the event.

Well Day one is in the books and what a day it has been. The Swamp People Troy and Jacob Landry signed autographs for nearly 4 hours, and the Young Bucks area was rocking with Bucky and Drop Tine. The show floor was packed with over 300 exhibitors and tons of deals going on. Not sure what the attendance was today but the aisles were packed with folks! We even saw Jackie Bushman himself out on the floor signing autographs & Posing for pictures!
The 2011 Buckmasters Top Bow Championship opened up Thursday morning to a number of new shooters and a new course layout designed to challenge each shooter. Leading the 72 Archers after the first round of competition is Colin Boothe with a score of 213. He is followed closely by Joseph Goza & Chris Berry. Round 2 qualifying will begin at 8:00am Friday morning with the field being cut after this round heading into the weekend finale.
