Nikon has once again developed a riflescope around the unique needs of predator hunters with the introduction of the new PROSTAFF P3 PREDATOR HUNTER. Paired with Nikon’s proprietary BDC Predator reticle, these two new purpose-driven riflescope models will quickly find their way atop hunters’ rifles — and to the top of the food chain.
Nikon’s PROSTAFF P3 PREDATOR HUNTER 3-9x40 and 4-12x40 riflescopes feature fully multicoated optics to give hunters the brightness and clarity needed when it matters most. Multiple layers of anti-reflective compounds on every glass surface provide bright and vivid sight pictures, optimum light transmission and maximum brightness from first to last light.
The PROSTAFF P3 PREDATOR HUNTER’s BDC Predator reticle is designed to facilitate shots at fast-moving targets with unique, open circle aiming points that don’t obscure the target. For maximum precision and versatility, the reticle can be optimized for virtually any caliber or load with Nikon’s Spot On Ballistic Match Technology app or web software — both free from Nikon.
Reticle adjustments for the PROSTAFF P3 PREDATOR HUNTER are made with precise, ¼ MOA low-profile turrets with crisp movements that you can both hear and feel. These spring-loaded windage and elevation turrets can be reset to “zero” after sighting-in for easy reference and in-the-field adjustments. The turrets are protected by all-aluminum turret caps, offering a lifetime of durability.
Constructed of rugged, lightweight, aircraft-grade aluminum, the riflescope utilizes a one-inch main body tube and also features and all-aluminum zoom ring and eyepiece focus ring (with rubber insert). The PROSTAFF P3 PREDATOR HUNTER models are finished in matte black and range in MSRP from $249.95 for the 3-9x40 to $299.95 for the 4-12x40.
