The G400 has four adjustable legs, so that the chair can be leveled on uneven terrain. The seat height can be adjusted from 16-19 inches. This not only accommodates diversity in body size but allows a hunter to raise and lower the chair for the best shooting angle through blind windows. A common mistake for compound and crossbow hunters is not enough clearance when aiming through a window. Although the sight pin or scope may show a clear path to the target, the arrow flies two to three inches lower causing the arrow to strike the blind window. Simply adjusting the height of the G400 can eliminate this drastic mistake.
