What is the best way to make venison berger? I haven't killed a deer yet, however when I do I know I want to make some venison chilli.

Take 5lbs of venison,Mix with 2.5lbs of lean ground beef,and 2lbs of smoked bacon,grind this mixture together, And you will have the best burgers you have ever eaten! It also makes delicious chilli, spaghetti,and lasagna.
