how do I compensate for wind blowing when aiming at the deer?

Depending on the distance you are shooting and the direction the wind is blowing and how hard it is blowing. How fast is your bow shooting. How heavy an arrow. What kind of broad head, fixed or mechanical. Too many variables. Shoot your setup, completely like you hunt, outside in the wind and see how it reacts. Then you can answer your own question.
