The best way to get that big buck in my opinion is to let the everyday bucks walk. I have found that it works great on public land especially since you can't do anything with the land. You just have to be patient. I don't have biologic or any of that fancy stuff all i have is what is what is planted on the property no salt licks or anything like that. What i do have is patience. Since i have been hunting public land i have taken 5 wall hangers 3-10's 1-8 and on November 8th i took an 165 6/8 12 pointer the smallest was 122 inch 8 all were shot in november and in the evening. Tell me how you all feel about getting that big buck!!!
