Check Out Our Cooking Videos.Cut your ribs out of the vacuum bag saving the juice. Remove the membrane off the back of your baby back ribs. It is easy to grab with a paper towel. Fill a 8 quart cooker 1/2 full of water. Pour the rib juice ( yes that is the bloody juice in the bag your ribs came in ) into your water along with the beef broth, quartered up onion, and all the seasonings. Drop in your ribs. Bring everything to a boil then reduce to a low boil for 1 hour. Take the ribs out while they are still hot and rub rib-rub on both sides, then wrap in aluminum foil, then put them in the fridge. When your ready to serve ribs just pop them on the grill for 1 hour. Make sure your heat is off to one side so you don’t burn the ribs. At this point you can brush them with bar-b-q sauce and sear them a bit or serve then as is with your sauce on the side. Tender ribs in 2 hours!
