If unable to attend a public hearing, residents can submit comments online at https://www.ncwildlife.org/apps/proposedregulations/Main.aspx , or by mail to N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission at 1701 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, N.C. 27699-1701.
Resident participation is an important component of the rule making process, and input helps the Commission make decisions that best conserve wildlife resources.
