Kevin O'Connell loves to hunt and fish, and he loves to watch Buckmasters television programs, according to his parents. When he turned eight years old in December, he went hunting with his dad and friends for wild pigs. Although he didn't get anything this year, he called it a great day in the field.
Last year, he was lucky to take a large hog during a hunting trip to the Cloverdale Mountains in northern California. The pig that Kevin took during that trip weighed in at 205 pounds. "Not bad for a seven year old," he said after he got his pig.
Editor's Note: Hogs are close to overtaking deer as the number one big game animal in the state of California, according to the California Game and Fish Department.
