-- Hunters in the North Fork Valley who want to check their harvested deer or elk for chronic wasting disease can no longer take them for testing at the Delta County Fairgrounds in Hotchiss.
Animal head should be taken to a Colorado Division of Wildlife office. The closest offices are located in Montrose, Gunnison and Grand Junction.
The cost for CWD testing is $25.
