Crosman Breaks Into Crossbow Market

-- Crosman Corporation, a leading supplier of products for the shooting sports industry, has introduced its first line of high performance crossbows. The first two models, the Bristol and the Teton, were designed with aggressive, laid back, quad limb shooting systems.

They feature all-weather, ergonomic stocks, the new Crosman Lightning Touch trigger system and CenterPoint Precision Optics. Rounding out these shooters will be custom string and cable systems, machined aluminum risers and cam wheel systems, wrapped in Realtree Hardwoods HD.

The Crosman Bristol, the first crossbow in the line, will feature speeds of up to 285 fps and utilize a new 3-dot Quick Aim Sight with red or green illumination from CenterPoint, along with three carbon arrows, quiver and field points. The Bristol will retail for $449.99. This unit is ideal for the beginner to intermediate hunter looking for performance and high quality in a crossbow.

The Crosman Teton, the big brother to Bristol, will feature speeds in excess of 300 fps and also utilize a new 4x32mm Multi-Reticle illuminated scope from CenterPoint, along with three carbon arrows, quiver, crossbow sling, quick release bi-pod, rope cocking device and field points. The Teton is for the experienced hunter seeking a new level of performance in the field and will retail for $549.99.

Both models will be available at retailers this May.
