Return Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our return policy is easy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange any item in its original condition to the same address it was shipped from and we will replace it or reimburse you in the same form as your original payment.
If a giftcard was used to purchase an item, a merchandise credit in the form of a gift card will be reissued. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Brand-name items, optics and electronics
May be returned within 60 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. After 60 days, these items must be returned to the manufacturer. All manufacturers' warranties are in effect.
Return process at-a-glance
So you’re not thrilled with your order? Whatever the reason, whether you were sent the wrong product, or you ended up with a defective item, simply return the item(s) within 30 days and we will exchange or refund your credit card. Just enclose the item(s) in a secure package and send with your receipt. For your protection, please use UPS, Insured Parcel Post or Federal Express for shipment.
We won’t make you pay for our mistakes
If by no fault of your own, you received an item that was either defective or shipped to you by mistake we’ll reimburse you if you return the item(s) to us within 30 days. Not only will we fix the problem, but we’ll credit you for the cost of the return shipping. All you need to do is include your shipping receipt with your returned merchandise.
Nobody’s perfect
If you ordered an item by mistake and realized that it just won’t do, you pay for return shipping. Once the store from which it was shipped receives your returned item(s), you will be shipped an exchange item or - if you prefer - your card will be reimbursed for the price of the item and sales tax (if any), but not for any shipping costs.
