From Streamlight
-- Streamlight Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-performance flashlights for outdoor enthusiasts, has introduced the Buckmasters Stylus Pro LED penlight in REALTREE HARDWOODS camouflage finishes. The new, ultra-compact penlight also features a Nichia Ultra-Bright Green LED, with a 50,000-hour rated life green LED that won’t spook game, and which can be used to signal a hunter’s presence to others on the trail at night.
“This new model of the Stylus Pro is perfect for hunters to carry for its compact size, utility, and safety benefits,” said Streamlight Chief Operating Officer Ray Sharrah. “It’s the ideal secondary light for outdoor enthusiasts.”
The new Buckmasters Stylus Pro LED model measures just 5.3 inches and weighs 1.64 ounces. The green LED offers 80 candela peak beam intensity and 5 lumens measured system output, up to 12 continuous hours to the 10% output level.
The Stylus Pro LED is available in two camouflage finishes, the REALTREE HARDWOODS Green High Definition HD and the REALTREE HARDWOODS BLAZE. The light also features the logo of Buckmasters, one of the premiere hunting enthusiast organizations in the U.S.
The new light uses two easily obtainable AAA alkaline batteries and employs a push-button tailcap switch for easy, single-handed operation.
Highly durable, the new light is constructed of machined aluminum, featuring an anodized finish, and an unbreakable polycarbonate lens with scratch and corrosion resistant coating. The light also incorporates an internal polymer body liner and shockproof switch housing that allow for operation under the most extreme conditions and a multiple O-Ring design to ensure resistance to water and contamination. The light has been drop test verified beyond the industry standard of six feet.
The new Buckmasters Stylus Pro LED model retails for $37 in either RealTree Hardwood camo finish. It comes with a tear-resistant nylon holster and unbreakable pocket clip, as well as Streamlight’s Limited Lifetime warranty.
