From Stoney Point
-- Stoney Point is known for its innovative shooting rest designs and this tradition continues with two new monopods - the new 4-In-1 Monopod and BigFoot Monopod. Both are designed to bring more stability and versatility for hunters, hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. For 2009, Stoney Point has upgraded the monopods with a new generation shaft made of lightweight aluminum alloy tubes. New ergonomic, dual-density handle and graphics give the monopods a distinctive look.
The new 4-in-1 Monopod can be configured to serve as a hiking staff, gun rest, binocular rest and spotting scope/camera mount. A new multi-position yoke can be adjusted to form a shooting rest or opened completely to a flat binocular rest. The yoke can be removed from its 1/4-inch / 20 threaded stud to accommodate a camera or spotting scope. The 4-in-1 Monopod can be adjusted from 25 to 62 inches.
The new BigFoot Monopod offers the increased stability of a bipod in a monopod design. An innovative, scissor-bottom bipod is built into the bottom segment. It comes with a BigFoot Basket that provides unmatched stability, particularly for tree stand and ground blind hunters. It has the same ergonomic, dual-density handle and adjustable yoke as the 4-In-1 Monopod. It adjusts from 25 to 36 inches.
