-- G5 Outdoors has expanded its popular line of Optix sights with the introduction of the Optix XR. The sight has three fixed pins and a floating pin that allows the hunter to dial his distance to the exact yard in a matter of seconds. This eliminates estimating yardage when taking those extra long shots.

The floating pin is assembled under tension which eliminates noise and vibration. Hunters can purchase the sight in either right handed or left handed models and have the option of .019- or .029-inch pin sizes.

Using patented Smart Pin Technology, the Optix XR allows the hunter to precisely adjust each individual pin without the pin ever deviating from the centerline of sight. The sight also includes G5's 3X micro adjustments for windage, elevation and individual pin adjustment.

All G5 Optix sights are constructed using magnesium alloy, making the sights 32 percent lighter than their aluminum counterparts while retaining equal strength. 

The sight comes standard with G5 Outdoors' new 8-position Rheostat LED light, harmonic damper and is available in Realtree AP camouflage.
