BuckEye Cam Unleashes ORION Wireless Trail Camera

ATSIFrom ATSI

-- With a BuckEye Cam system there is no need to visit the camera to retrieve your photos. The camera system consists of two parts - a camera and a base. Users set up the system like any other trail camera. However, the ORION has the ability to transmit images to its base unit up to a few miles away. The big advantage with a wireless system is that the user sees the images without disturbing the wildlife.

The ORION camera can be configured to be a portable base only or a portable base and a camera. When the camera is configured as a portable base, it will store and sort photos from all of the cameras on a standard SD card. The software for changing the camera settings from a portable base is also stored on the SD card. It can be accessed through a computer or a hand-held SD-Card reading device.

To take full advantage of the ORION system, an optional PC base can be used, which automatically receives photos, saves them to a computer and e-mails or posts those photos to websites. The base connects directly to a computer with a USB cable. This is a great hands-off feature for outfitters marketing their hunting land and those looking to use the camera for security purposes.

The cameras also act as repeaters, receiving pictures from another camera and repeating them to the base or another camera. Users who have more than one camera and two bases can mix and match the units to suit their particular needs.
