Heading down to Madison (not far from Jefferson Proving Grounds) for a weekend hunt. Hope it doesn't warm back up.

Congrats on your first bow kill.  I didn't see anything all weekend until the last evening of my hunt.  Had 4 bucks and 3 doe come in on me just as I was thinking about getting out of my stand.  2 of the bucks were decent but I didn't have a shot.  Made the trip worth while just getting to some deer.

Both my hunting partner and myself scored our biggest bucks of our careers hunting together on Sunday, the 14th. In Franklin County, IN. Story and Pics posted in the Bragging Board forum.

Easilly the best morning of hunting ever. From looking around various hunting forums, it looks like Indiana has produced more than its share of monster bucks this season!
