| | When yall were younger did you know what you wanted to do in the future? I graduate in like 3 months and everyones telling me I should start thinking about what I want to do and that im running out of time. Personally all I want to do is have a good job, a wife, couple of kids, and some land. I dont really have a set career that I want to do. | | SOUTHERN PRIDE | |

| | i would suggest going to college.a wife ,kids and land all cost money.and that cost raises every year.if at all possible get a plan/good job, then wife/land,then children.you'll be glad you did later in life.just my opinion | | Amendment II

| Find something you enjoy and make a career out of it. Find someone you love and make a life out of it. Both will require your heart and dedication to be successful and both will affect the other !! I was a sophmore in college before I truly decided what I wanted to do as a career, so you have a little time but your friends are right about needing to decide pretty soon. Good luck to you and congrats on finishing HS. | | | |

| | I will be retiring in aboout7 years and I thought about your question for some time. There were lots of options for me that I didn't take, some I didn't know about. Getting married too young took many options off of the table like military or working on the Alaska pipeline. If school was not good for you I suggest military, you have a chance to mature more and they will pay for your college or trade school. Whatever you end up as a career some type of secondary education is a necessity. Don't do like me, I dropped out of college and got married, took many years to establish a good career. Mike | | | |

| | Learn a trade ! Auto mechanics, Welding, Pipe Fitter, Machinist, All are good paying jobs, that are in demand, and usually come with good benifits. Dont worry about getting Married or having children, until you are established, financially ( save your money ) Dont get married if your broke ! put you money away ( Invest It ) Build a nest egg , then find a good woman, have kiddies, and enjoy life! | If you want to own some land for a nice place to hunt, don't get married. And definitley stay away from kids. Money can't buy happiness but being broke can't buy anything.
(I say these things tongue-in-cheek so please don't anyone let this get your dander fluffed LOL) | | | |
