Greetings!

I'm looking for help(what's new) with a picture I have in electronic form. 
I have a picture that was taken of myself with my five siblings and my parents from a digital camera....except that it wasn't at the best quality.  My mother has asked for over two years now to have some prints made of it, but I would like to see if anyone out there can clean it up and correct the color flaws.  I don't think wal-mart's photo center can clean it up like I know someone around this campfire can do. 

I can trade time for video editing help if anyone needs it, but I'm just an advanced novice.
