| | Been up since 6am but not in the deer stand. Had to babysit for a couple hrs with my grdtr till mommy came home from work. Did see two does while riding the goldwing to my son's house around 6:15. Standing right in middle of the road, had to blast the horn just to get them to move. So It is a great day so far.Got to spend time with my grdtr and got to see some deer today. Hope those in the treestands are lucky enough to see deer also. | | | |

| | Afternoon Tubby. Did you make it out into the woods this weekend? I found the 6 point I lost last week, but the coyotes beat me to it. I'm having the skull cleaned for a european mount anyway so it really didn't matter. Passed on a lot of deer this weekend, still no good bucks seen or on camera. | | | |

I took the whole week off for this ( I do it every year for 6 years now) and I plan to spend the whole week camping on the mountain.
