Ruger Blackhawk in 44 Mag. In this state we are not allowed to carry during archery.  Too bad, because it is needed.

I like my Glock 17, very light, and hold 17 rounds that makes enough noise to get you out of most jams, and you dont have to pull up your pants every time you take a step.

I used to carry a snubnose .38 until I got a Ruger Blackhawk .357 mag. The Blackhawk may be a little bulkier, but I'm alot more comfortable with my accuracy with it.

A couple times I took my Baby Desert Eagle Pistol (9mm) with me. When I did, it was because I was in an area, that was reported to have some feral hogs. I didn't want to take a chance on be snuck up from behind by one or something, so I took it with me then.

I just hope that the 9mm is good enough for a wild hog, at close range, if needed. But I haven't been to that area in about 3 years. It was about 60 miles (more or less) south of my home, near my Uncles property that he has near the Iowa/Missouri boarder.
