Is Tasco out of business? I was thinking about putting a Tasco on my first rifle. Won't have the extra cash for a big money scope in 2008. Just curious.

1st Wild Hog: 300lbs. on the hoof - 275lbs. field dressed - 30-06 from 9.75 yards away and closing

wally world still carries the tasco sopes i just got one the other day for my brothers 30 30 it was a 3x9x40 i think for only $30

I have two Tasco scopes,one on my 17 HMR and one on my wife's 260 and my Dad has one on his A-Bolt 270 WSM,they are all World Class 3x9x50.I'm not sure if the Wal Mart here still carries them or not.

For the last several years I have used a Tasco EXP that is 3x9 scope which is oval at 42x54. It has served me well on an A-Bolt 7mm mag.
