I like fixed blades, I use CRIMSON TALON's. Haven't put one through a deer yet( cuz I haven't seen one)(lol).
I have done target practice with them and they fly nice and straight.

I have two of them that I am trying. Right now I have G5's Montec 100 grain on my Arrows. I also have Sonic Pro100.  I have not gotten a deer or anything else expect for my practice target with either one of them yet. But I haven't gotten a deer with my gun yet either...

I.ve been using NAP Spitfire mechanicals for a long time and am pleased with the flight and cut.Have never had one not open when it was supposed to or glance off the prey. They work fine for me.
