o k everyone says use the crossbow
what broadhead do I need to use 
can I use the one's I had with my compound or does it have to a special type ?

You can use whatever BH you want Willy. Same principle though, you still need to assure that the BH is tuned to the bolt just as you would tune the BH to the arrow

I guess I should clarify that by referring to the bolt, I mean the arrow.

If you ever hope to be a credible adult and want a job that pays better than minimum wage, then for God's sake don't pierce or tattoo every available piece of flesh. If so, then plan your future around saying... "Would you like fries with that?"

I know nothing about crossbows
I have never shot one 
this one was given to me this summer

I shoot the Cabela's Lazer Supreme 125 grain's with my Barnett Revolution,taken several elk,deer,an antelope with them.
