| Hey It was 90 degrees this afternoon at 5:00 p.m., the field I was hunting was harvested until around noon when they finished, I made a blind at 1:00 p.m. with a battery saw, and when I got there at 5:00 deer were already in the field (2 does and 4 Fawns) at the end there were 20+ deer total.
My point is go hunting whenever you can, you never know what you might run into during any condition. | | | |

| | Made it out in that heat, saw nothing until last light. Just a few does, I have to shoot a doe before I can shoot a buck.. I'd like to see the season open just a little later in Sept maybe the last week.. Way to many spotted fawns. I'm in NJ, Newhunter | | | |

| | That's why I don't like to hunt in this heat, way to far to walk and I sweat up a storm.. Give me 65degrees and below.. If you put a bad shot on a deer in this heat it will spoil before you find it... | | | |

| | Last year on opening day it was almost 100. I had to walk about half a mile. I started by telling my self it wouldn't me that bad and I would be sitting in the shad. About half way out I was hating life. The worst thing was i didn't see a single deer. Next time I hunt somewhere else. | | Live life 8 seconds at a time | |
