i have a g5 meta peep sight and one of those aluminum ultra nocks. my problem is that my peep will not stay alighned.  it splits the string in two and i have loosened the nock several times and adjusted it so that the peep is in alignment at full draw. works fine for about five arrows or so and then it goes out of alignment.  its as if it settles into place and then stays there, it just wont settle aligned.  i end up using my chin or nose to align it while im at full draw, which i can deal with target shooting but is no good in the stand.  how do i get it to stay aligned?  i know they make the ones with the rubber hose, but i almost lost an eye last winter when one of the damn things broke! any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I had the same problem last year after I replaced my string, I took it to the pro shop had them put it in the vise and they twisted the string with the tension off and it has been fine ever since.

I am currently using one of those rubber hose deals on my current setup, but I used to use a peep that split the string into three strands instead of two. That configuration allows your eye to "blur" out a strand in your peep. I do not remember who makes it though...

Mine also has the rubber hose thing that lines it up at full draw.

You may want to reconsider the ultra-nock. I had a similar problem but when I had my string replaced I the pro shop guy put just a plain string loop on and no problems since.

I use the ultranok and what I had to do was loosen the ultranok use my fingers to straighten the peepsight and nok an arrow then tighten the ultranok, haven't had any problems since. might even work for you.
