Has anyone had any trouble getting service on FRED BEAR bows? I have a friend whom has (I think) a 5 year old bow and has been trying and trying to get replacement parts... he's had a difficult time since the dealer he purchased it from no longer sells BEAR products...
anything I can tell him to help him out
