I just cut all my arrows to 26 in, they hit were I shoot but stick in side ways, should I have my bow tuned or adjust my sights?

IT IS MOST LIKELY YOUR ARROW REST OUT OF LINE...PAPER TUNE IT.THAT WILL SHOW YOU WICH WAT TO ADJUST YOUR REST...BUT IF YOUR REST IS STRAIGHT THEN IT COULD BE OUT OF TIMING ....
