I was actually looking at this bow awhile back, and hadn't put much thought back into it until I saw one of the replies from my previous topic about the Fred Bear Instinct. I love the look of it, but I was wondering if I could get a little more feedback about this bow, if there is anyone out there that has this one or shot it. How it shots, and everything. I would appreciate it!

i just bought one about 2 weeks ago and i have shot it almost every day since. i really like it and its perfect for the treestand being that it is only 30 inches axle to axle. mine is shooting around 175 may not be the fastest bow but it sure is quiet and i really like it.

I've had mine for a little over a year now,and wouldn'trade it for any other bow. I've shot a Damon Howett recurve ,since I was 16 years old,and I'll be 56 next month. The FB Intinct is my first compound bow,I was pretty stuborn, about making the tansition, between recurve,to a compound,Now I'm glad I did,but I still shoot my recurve occasionally. And I would recommend the Fred Bear Instinct, it's quiet and fast handling, and a pleasure to shoot, I say GO FOR IT !

i love the instinct, imo its a great bow and probably one of the best especially for the money.. i think ian meant to say he shoots around 275 bc mine shoots 264 but im a short draw archer so i lose some speed there but its very smooth and forgiving for such a short axle bow.
