Here`s a way but it`s going to take two people,
1) what you do is make a fist with the hand which you hold your bow with
2) place your fist against the wall and place your other hand in the full draw position
3) here`s where the second person comes into play, have him/her measure the distance between the wall and your draw hand to the tip of the fingers
the end result should be your draw length unless you`re shooting with a loop then it`ll be 1 inch too long . Hope this helps

You said you 'can't fully extend your arm'. For proper shooting, your bow arm should be just slightly bent when at full draw. I was having trouble with 'bow torque'. My pro shop showed me how to hold my bow with my arm bent. Your arm then acts as a 'shock absorber' during release and eliminates any torquing. We had to shorten my release to make up the draw length difference but after a couple dozen shots my accuracy and consistencey started to greatly improve. I don't know what bow you are shooting, but if you still feel restricted you can buy different cams or modules for some bows to quickly change draw length.

I would go get measured at a pro shop. Otherwise I believe a rough guestamite would be to take your wing span, subtract 15, then divide by 2.
