| I can shoot dead nutz at 10 and 30 yards ... but when I shoot from 20 yards I seem to shoot everywhere but the vitals area on my target.
What am I doing wrong and what do I need to do to correct the problem? | |

| | sounds like you just need to slow down and make sure your mechanics are right. make sure your anchor point is the same you are holding the bow steady and slowly squeeze your release. thats the only thing I can think of. I am sure your sights are on. I had the same problem when I am in the field I slow down and invision my shot. I missed a nice buck this year because I didnt take my time. | | | |

| | Sounds dumb man, but I was having problems with my bow earlier this season and I was dead on at 10 and just wasn't very consistent at 25 and 35. I got stubborn and wouldn't touch my sight because I wasn't consistent enough to start moving pins. Then I heard a rattle when I shot and my sight had come loose. Check that and try using your 10yd or 30yd pin at twenty yards a couple of rounds and see how you can get those grouped... | | "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." | | One thing you could try is to just apply the same method you use when shooting your 10yd pin and your 30yd pin. Just slow down and go through the same steps with each pin. I had the same problem with my 20yd pin, but once i slowed down and thought about what i was doing i got the hang of it. | | Hunter Adams | |

| | just use the 10 or 30 yard pin and split the difference.it'll work out fine. | | Amendment II
