I have hunted from a popup blind using fixed broadheads.  However this year I am shooting the Takan G5. Has anyone ever shot thru netting with this broadhead.  thanks  Timhornet

I haven't tried it on the shoot through netting of a blind, but because of the cut on contact tip I'm guessing you "may" be alirght with it. I would suggest taking a shot or two through a panel on the back side (or other area you don't normally use) and check the hole to see if it looks like a small bullet hole (good) or if it has a larger slice (bad - blade deployed going through).

With it being a mech head I don't think it would work because the mesh might catch the blades and deploy them. I would do what MJ said to check for sure though as I have never tried it but I would also shoot at a target to see if it hits where you were aiming. I am not sure how cutting through the mesh affects arrow flight.
