| | Have you tried bows from other manufacturers? Hoyt makes great bows but so do most of the other companies. Try to shoot as many as you can then choose the one that feels the best to you. It is hard sometimes but avoid the impulse buying. Once you find a bow do some research on it and see if there have been problems with that bow and if the people that are shooting that bow are happy with it. I believe one of my friends kids use that bow and like it. | |

| | id get something bigger, your probly not gonna be using that bow for very long, my 1st bow was a pse the beast 29 in draw 40-60 lb and I got it when I was 15 or 16, a youth bow isnt going to last very long before you out grow it. fred bear makes good bows for a resonable price, just bought a game over last week | |

| | You should look into the parker "sidekick" or the "buckshot". They both have 10" of draw lentgh adjustment (from 18" to 28"), they come in three weights 20-29#,30-40#,40-50#. Parker offers the "grow up with parker" program. Basicly, you can buy that bow at say 40#(peak weight) once you grow to where you want it heavier, you can send it in to parker and for $50 they will put new limbs on it(50#) you can get the "buckshot outfitter package" for $270 brand new. It comes with all the goodies ready to shoot!! Check it out at www.parkerbows.com. Or you can go to cabela's website, they have both bows I mentioned. | | | |
