| | I have one on my bow and I love it. A few tips though if your looking at purchasing one. First take and put a few drops of glue at the tip of your vanes it will help them from tearing off. Although I have never had a problem with them tearing. Second make sure to read the directions on how to set it up on your bow the black part of the WB is supposed to miss your vanes completely. And make sure to get the right model that fits your style of arrow. Other than that you will have no problems. | | | |

| | Depending on the vanes the biscuit can, after several shots, start to mess them up. This is not to say that it will 'always' tear them up. As far as speed: you can loose between 2 and 4 fps. Not enough to make a real difference in your shot or impact power. It is still a very good rest. | | | |

| | I personaly have never like the WB any thing touching yur vanes or feathers to me has always been bad. I know several people that use them the first thing they usualy do when buying arrows is to take off the vanes that came on them and put on a high quality ones, or they will purchase bare shafts and put on high quality ones. Even then they don't last as long. I have had my arrows for alomst five years and have yet to replace any vanes, I have several that I use just for hunting and I have used them over and over, and I have about six that I use just for practice. If you like the WB style try the new Octane Hostage, I may give it a try myself I like how it is made and it will not effect speed or tear up your fletching, I think it is a great compromise. | | | |

| | I had one on my 82nd and it did work. It did slow my arrow down a little but nothing really noticable. I was using Blazers through mine and put a dab of glue at the front of each fletching and had no problems. I am using a drop away rest again but would have no problem with using a WB, I just prefer a drop away. | |

| | I have shot the w/b for 3 years, with no tearing off vanes. One way to make the w/b frictionless is to apply unscented armour all to it. thus you will not loose any speed. | |

| | I've used a W/B for 4 years. I haven't had a problem with vanes being torn. I don't really worry too much about the lost 3 ft per second. That buck dosen't seem to be able to tell that my arrow is going 253ft per insted of 256. I like that the w/b keeps my arrow in place. | |

| | I have a w/b on my pse and have been using it for about 6-7 years, replaces the insert once, you can hang upside down and your arrow isnt going to fall out, I love mine and will continue to use them. the speed lose dosnt consern me at all, those guys get out there with long bows and make clean kills and they dont go as fast as a compound | |

| | the reason a vane will get damaged is due to not being set up properly with a WB. If your getting wear on a vane it is easy to see and a small adjustment is all thats needed. With any bow if your not comfortable with setting it up take it to a bow shop and have it tuned, could be the best $$ you spent | | | |
