Ok I was wondering If anyone has or knows a way to make a homemade deer lick useing dical and mixing salt, I use it by just pooring it on the ground but would like to make it into blocks or small cubes to hang from low branches.

I dont know about making it into some kind of blocks. You would have to have some kind of press to do that. But here is a recipe I found on the internet.
1.---50 lbs of Di-calcuim phosphate
2.---100 lbs of trace mineral salt ( red & loose with out medication)
3.---50 lbs Stock or Rock sailt

Thanks for the help but maybe a way to melt it down on a stove or oven and poor it into forms is what I was hoping someone could help me with, but without losing the nutrition value. The recipe you gave is very similar to what I do except I add about 10 to 15lbs of brown sugar for an atractant.
