ok me and a buddy are hunting bow in ny on state land.we hunted all weekend a swa no deer not ever  a flag going in or out.anyone know where to go or is anyone looking for a hunting partner?plmk thanks

I'm not sure where your hunting in Petersburg NY, but you should be able to find some good deer spots there. Use Google, go to 'Maps' and look up 'Petersburg NY' Look at the aireal view, & Find the woods you're hunting using the roads to identify where it is, then look for where the deer can access some of the farms in the area. Scout out the woods leading to the farms & you should find some type of deer sign/trails.. Deer move mostly at first & last light hours of the day, but during the rut can be active all day, Good Luck.
