Man never thought I'd be in this section of the board,small world,lol.Due to a bad rotor cuff,I gave up bow hunting years ago,but now I can use a crossbow.So who makes a good mid-priced xbow nowadays?How far can these bows be shot,do they have the same range as my old compound or more range?Do regular broadheads fit the xbow shafts? Theres a reason I asked that,has anyone used the Tru-Fire SwitchBlade and do you like it or is it junk?

I have a Horton Summit 150 and at 30yds I can make four bolts touch.In my case,the fatherest I will shoot is 40yds and it is deadly accurate.I use Aluminum bolts(2219) and 125 grn muzzy 3 blade.
I got my crossbow last season because of an injury to my left hand two yrs back.
