I would think you would be OK as the crack I "think" you are talking about is running parrallel to the limbs. I can't see it real well, but does the crack appear on both sides of the limb? Could just be a flaw or "die line" in the material or camo.

To be completely honest, if it were my bow, it wouldn't get shot until fixed. There's too much force at play when an arrow is launched for me to trust any equipment that isn't solid. That crack could go 1000 arrows before it worsens or fails, it could also go on the next arrow. I'm not enough of an expert to determine which. If it catastrophically fails, it's likely to send the cables and pulleys moving. That's enough to tear out an eye. The best case scenario is that it would sting like heck...It isn't worth the risk in my opinion.

sorry, i couldnt get a very good picture of it, that was the best of the 15 pics i tried.

yea, its small. it doesnt seem to go through to the other side, looks like it stops at the other edge. i am 99% certain this wasnt there before, so i am pretty sure its not just a flaw. Plus i can see the material patern in the "wheel well" of the upper pully. I noticed it got a tad louder when practicing with it a few times back, i guess this could be the culprit??

IS IT A NEW BOW ? HOW MANY SHOTS HAVE YOU FIRED WITH IT ? I DON`T THINK IT WILL GET ANY WORSE IF YOU USE IT BEFORE THEY CHANGE IT, I MEAN IT ONLY TAKES ONE SHOT TO DOWN A DEER USUALLY.

well... thanks for your input everyone, i am getting it repaired hopefully have it by next week.

just thought i'd mention this, while shooting random old bows we have laying around the house to try and replace this bow, we had a 70# recurve snap while my dad was drawing it.  The string pulled straight  down through the wood.

Bad week i guess

DONT SHOOT THAT BOW. IF THAT LIMB BREAKS AT FULL DRAW ,YOU COULD BE SERIOUSLY INJURED! GET IT REPAIRED A.S.A.P
