Has anyone ever ate suckers and if so how have you prepared them..I see on the internet all kinds of sites on cooking them but i have never even tried sucker so dont know what it taste like??
Does anyone know what it taste like..???

I enjoy them. We go down the cricks in the spring and gig then. My grandma just fries them in a beer batter just lice any other fish. It is prety bony but they tast prety good. There are some strong parts but other than thoes it is delicious. Enjoy
