| | Have the bow checked at a pro shop for any damage. If there are no damaged parts, make the swap and smile about it. | | | |

| | When you buy a bow you buy one the correct draw length for the shooter. Some bows have adjustable cams to be able to adjust draw length and some do not requiring an entirely different cam. As for the deal it sounds alright but the bow is just the tip of the iceberg as you will need arrows - not just any arrow but arrows the right length and type for the weight of poundage of the bow, and a target, and ladder stands, camo, etc etc, broadheads (125 gr Thunderheads) and by the time you find you are really into this you will be wanting either a Hoyt, Matthews or Bowtech bow with really good fiber optic sights and a Trophy Taker arrow rest. When you think bow start thinking thousand dollars plus. In the end it is worth it because you can ask a farmer if he will let you bow hunt and you are more likely to hear yes than asking to gun hunt mainly because he doesnt have to worry about holes shot in his barn or livestock. | | THUNDERHEAD 125 ))))==========> THE BUCK STOPS HERE | |

| | Go for it Dirk. My son has a Golden Eagle and he loves it!! Of course now it is his back up bow cause he got a Mathews. But, you will be getting a good bow with the accessories. Not a bad deal at all! | | WVHunter129 Live to Hunt/Hunt to Live Forum Administrator | |

| | It depends on wich golden eagle bow it is, I had a Golden Eagle Predator years ago and although I loved the bow but new it only costed under 200 that was like 15 years ago. However Bear bought Golden Eagle out a couple of years after I got my bow and still made bows with Golden Eagle name on them, if this is one of those bows it would worth it as long as there is no damage to the bow it self. | | | |
