Streamlight Trident HP LED Headlamp
Streamlight has introduced the Buckmasters Trident HP LED Headlamp that offers hands-free operation with high-performance power LED technology and the versatility of three-way lighting, providing hunters and other outdoor enthusiasts with the ability to easily adjust lighting with the tap of a button.
“The new Buckmasters Trident HP LED headlamp gives outdoor enthusiasts and hunters a powerful high-performance LED and a range of options to match virtually any circumstance — ranging from a single LED when low light is needed to 3 LEDs for moderate lighting to the power LED mode — all in a matter of seconds,” said Streamlight Chief Operating Officer Ray Sharrah. “The hands-free light is especially beneficial for hunters carrying firearms or outdoor enthusiasts packing other gear.”
The Trident HP LED is available in REALTREE HARDWOODS Green High Definition HD camouflage and REALTREE HARDWOODS BLAZE. The light also features the logo of Buckmasters, one of the premiere hunting enthusiast organizations in the U.S.
The Trident HP LED features a white power LED which provides up to 2,000 candela peak beam intensity and 50 lumens of measured system output and a continuous run time of up to 7 hours. A single Nichia Ultra-Bright Green LED provides up to 2.5 lumens, while the three Ultra-Bright LEDs provide up to a total of 8 lumens. The light is also available in a yellow finish model, which replaces the three Ultra-Bright Green LEDs with three Ultra-Bright white LEDs.
The power LED is impervious to shock with a 50,000-hour lifespan. The light’s reflector is optimized to provide maximum output. The lighting mode is easily changed by push button to sequence from single LED to 3 LEDs, Power LED and Off.
Constructed with a water-resistant, light-weight thermoplastic casing, the Trident HP LED features an unbreakable polycarbonate lens. The light measures 2.55 inches wide and weighs a mere 4.64 ounces.
The Trident HP LED Headlamp retails for $52 in the REALTREE finishes, and $47 in the yellow finish. It comes with an adjustable elastic head strap and rubber hard-hat strap, three “AAA” alkaline batteries and Streamlight’s Limited Lifetime warranty.
