seems here were im at there has been alot of big bucks killed thus far this year several normal ones as well but alot of big boys have been gotten. we had a nice 21 pointer that was 24 inch wide a 8 popint that was 23 1/2 wide within a day of each other granted these are no monsters but for are area are good bucks any one seeing the same

Have seen a few nice ones killed near Appomattox when I dropped off my 6 point at the butchers.  He had one that was a good 145 class 10pt.  My six (with muzzy) was the typical VA deer from Public land with about a 12 inch inside spread.  But I have found the antlers to be a little tough when you cook em.  I will probably spend the remainder of the season bowhunting VA Bch area with a possible trip back towards Farmville for some Public Land hunting.
