Got a woodchuck yesterday with my bow. shot him right behind the ear and it dropped right there. its legal to hunt woodchucks here in ny all year long as they are an unprotected species along with sparrow, red squirrel, porcupine, and a few others.

I used to be good at shooting woodchucks when I lived in Quebec but I don`t see too many here in SW Ontario so now I shoot coons instead . It`s good practice for deer season aim small, miss small.
