I have been so busy with the holidays and getting my hog out of the butcher shop that I haven't gotten a chance to sit back and fix up some of that fine pork yet. I plan on it real soon. I am fixing to go back down to where I took her and try to see what I see, but this time try to stick it with my bow. I'll let you know how she tastes. I am not sure if I said how much meat I got back from the butcher or not, but she yielded 100 to 130lbs. of meat. I took her with a head shot so I saved a lot of meat.
