my daughter and i were huntin opening day and a nice size 4 point came out 300 yrds in front of us. i got her a .410 pump fpr x-mas last year so he had to be close. he ran across the field to the tree line we were sittin on and started toward us. i told her 20 yrds and before i could get that out of my mouth he was 30 feet away! i told her when i stop him you drop him. so when i whistled at him he stopped and the .410 cracked(3 inch slug) he dropped. it is a day she and i will never forget.
