A booking agent/outfitter that has kept a deposit for a booked hunt that I was unable to take.

Huston, TX 77027. The person that I contacted and paid the deposit to is: George W. Vogt: phone # 713-539-9340.
I have copies of correspondence that shows that I followed all of his request. Yet he will not answer phone, emails or registered letters. He still has my $1000.00 deposit, and it has been over a year.
