Up where your User/Display Name is by the Log In/Out tab you click on your User/Display Name and this will allow you to Edit Your Account Profile.  Once there you click on Manage Profile then scroll down to where is gives you the option for Time Zone.... and you can choose what time zone you are in.  Hope this helps you.
