I roast them in cream of mushroom soup. Just like you would a beef roast. |

guy I hunt with put em in tinfoil with craft bbq sauce and grills them, ive never had squirrel before so cant tell you how it tasted |

My mom usually boils them until tender then fries them up and serves gravy and bicuites.MMMMMMMM good. |

Coat them with Honey,and Smoke them with your favorite wood chips. I prefer Hickory,or Apple. |
