this past season (2007-2008) my uncle dropped a mature doe,when we were cutting her up she had some kind of yellow stuff almost looked like pudding in her shoulder we threw out that shoulder immediately ,but what was that ?
There are no strangers here,just friends we haven't met!

my brother in law shot a buck same situation. cut it open and had some yellow junk in it . he called the dnr and they told him don't eat it at all.  some kind of infection disease.
