Hey everyone. My name is Jerry and i am new here to the buckmaster forums. Trailcams are a pretty big part of my life, along with bowhunting. I currently run 7 homebrews that i built using Sony P41, S40, and S600 cameras.  I really like the quality of the pictures.  Also have a homemade IR video unit too. I have had the priviledge to hunt a very good farm for the last 3 years and have many good pics to show. Although after this year it looks like the property is getting a little too much pressure and i will be looking somewhere else next year.  Harvested me a nice 185" buck last Oct 9th. Wasn't so lucky this year. I have been running trailcams for the last 7 years. Here are some of the best since i went digital 3 years ago.

Welcome aboard!! Incredible pics. That's great how you got the buck in pic 4,8 &9 all season long. Too bad you couldn't connect with him. You were definitly in his house. With that many shooters (in my books anyway), what size of acreage are you covering? Mostly cropland? Mixed?

Dang ! I can honestly say seeing those ol' boys in the woods would cause the need to change underwear !

Busted---actually, picture 4 was taken 2 years ago. 8 and 9 were last year. Not alot of body size so he is still young. Didn't see him this year, but we got one shed last spring, so i hope he is still around. I was definately in his house. 45 pics of him last year, all in the daylight. I shot that 185" buck early, so i didn't get back out much for him.

This farm is about 150 acres, 2/3 crops, the rest timber and crp.

Didn't you say you made your trail cams ?

Yes i do make my own trailcams. I believe they are alot more reliable, take better pictures, and if you have problems with one, there are a couple of homebrew forums that will get you going without having to send it back to the factory.

No problem at all. Some of these sites will need you to register, and may take a day or two before you can see much. Just do alot of reading up to understand whats going on.
